Follow a story that was Ryde as it’s backbone… Spirit of the Place is a new work directed by Joe Plumb. The ten scenes of this sonic performance weave together real and fictional voices and chart the lives of our protagonists as they navigate life’s milestones. Download, stop and listen to each scene as you arrive at the corresponding Union Street location or sit back and listen at home, letting your imagination take over.
Spirit of the Place has been directed by Joe Plumb with support from Rachel Shore, Plastic Mermaids, Sassy Productions and the residents of Ryde, Isle of Wight.
